By accessing or using kokoy.org (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by Jireh One Inc., a Calgary-based corporation operating as Helping Hungry Hearts, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Jireh One Inc. is a registered Alberta corporation (Corporate Access Number: 2027421961) operating Helping Hungry Hearts as a charitable initiative. We provide meals and educational support to children in the Philippines. We are based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

By making a donation through this Site, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All donations are made voluntarily and are non-refundable, except in cases of processing error or fraud
• All donations are voluntary contributions to support the Helping Hungry Hearts feeding program
• Jireh One Inc. retains full control over how donated funds are used, in accordance with our charitable purpose
• Recurring (monthly) donations will be charged to your payment method on a monthly basis until cancelled
• You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us at donate@kokoy.org
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By donating, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service
• We reserve the right to decline or refund any donation at our discretion

All donations support the Helping Hungry Hearts program, including the Kokoy Circle monthly giving program.

Jireh One Inc. will provide a donation confirmation by email for your records. As Jireh One Inc. is not currently a registered charity with the CRA, donations are not eligible for Canadian charitable tax receipts at this time.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Site without prior written consent
• Impersonate Jireh One Inc., Helping Hungry Hearts, or any of our representatives

All content on this Site — including text, logos, images, graphics, and design — is the property of Jireh One Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission. Sharing links to our Site and content for non-commercial purposes is encouraged.

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (including Stripe, the CRA website, and social media platforms). These links are provided for convenience only. Jireh One Inc. does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party website.

This Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. Jireh One Inc. does not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
• Information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jireh One Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or any donation made through the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jireh One Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

Jireh One Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
